Welcome
to the new tennis season:
Thanks
to all who attended the Clubs AGM and the Awards Presentation
last November.
Sadly,
the Club has lost its caravan (damage due to high winds) but
plans are in place to obtain a replacement very soon.
There
will be no increase in Membership fees this year. Please see
Subscription Sheet for details.
We will be starting a
trial period of Wednesday & Saturday Club Sessions where
three new tubes of tennis balls will be provided by the Club
every Session, but asking all those attending to pay £0.50 per
session for this privilege. At the end of each Session the
used balls will be offered for sale at £1.00 per tube of 4. Please, please buy!!

courts will be made available to non-members of all ages and
standards in an effort to raise Club Membership.

Any Member who wishes not to have their home telephone number
included on this list, please inform Secretary on re-joining.
Guests
Members
are
reminded they are responsible for their guests fee being paid
to the Club, they are required to have the necessary money
with them for payment and for insurance purposes must sign
their guests into the
Visitors Book before
playing.

Tennis
Balls
are
bought in bulk by the club and are available at discounted
prices and can be bought by members after being used for
Tournaments at less than half-price (£1.00
for a tube of 4 balls) . Contact Bob for availability and
prices.

Doubles Tournament
Four
to be held this year. In April, May, July and Oct. See Diary of Events

Tennis
balls provided - Entry cost £2.00
Those
wishing to play in these events please book your place early
by paying in advance, as event may be limited to 12 persons
Please
be prepared, in fairness to all participants, to stay till the
end so as to complete all games
Return
of Keys
If you are not
re-joining the
Tennis Club please, out of courtesy, return the keys by early April and your key
money will be returned
to you.
Cups/Trophies
All Cups, shields etc. won this year must be returned
to Club Secretary, for engraving, by 23rd September
